We all need them, but that doesn&#39;t mean we can force ourselves to like them while they are happening. My baby depression has come during the pregnancies rather than after. There were times throughout those dark months when people would share their own dark moments that meant so much to me. So I&#39;m glad you shared. Sometimes, just putting a name to it helps.
